1. Returns

Eligibility for Return:

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization number and return instructions.
  3. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging (if possible), include your order number and return authorization details, and send it back to the address provided.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
